As a result, fit people complete most of what they intend to. They are not as hampered by time consuming doctors appointments or plagued with problems with their health. Active people rarely have to use their sick time and when they do, they will often use it for other means, like vacation or relaxation days. They aren’t obligated to take sick time just because they are ill.
3. Look younger- Individuals who live healthier lives are better looking than those who smoke and drink too much. Chemicals in alcohol and cigarettes dry up the skin and make people look older. Chemicals in cigarettes and alcohol decrease the number of nutrients that are absorbed into the body, depriving it of vitamins and minerals that keep the skin and organs functioning at peak efficiency.
Being young looking gives you a whole other set of advantages, from career options, to a better social and love life. Appearance counts, whether or not we want to admit it.
